Before Your Appointment

Prep your car for the best results.

A few quick steps before your session saves time and helps us deliver the cleanest, longest-lasting finish. Here's what to expect.

Please take out all loose items from the cabin, center console, door pockets, and trunk — trash, paperwork, electronics, child seats, and valuables. A clear interior lets us reach every surface and vacuum fully, and nothing of yours gets misplaced or damaged during cleaning.

Clear out the trunk, hatch, or truck bed so we can vacuum and treat those areas completely. This includes golf clubs, tools, gym bags, and spare fluids — anything that blocks access to the carpet or panels.

Take off dash cameras, phone mounts, seat covers, and hanging air fresheners you want to keep. We'll handle the rest — if something is permanently installed, just let us know so we can clean carefully around it.

We're careful with every vehicle, but we can't be responsible for loose valuables, cash, jewelry, or important documents. Please remove them before drop-off or pickup.

Point out scratches, chips, stains, or sensitive areas when you drop off (or note them in the booking). This helps us tailor our process and sets honest expectations for what detailing can and can't fix.

For pick-up appointments, have the vehicle unlocked and keys available. For drop-off, remove any lock or alarm barriers. If we can't access the vehicle, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

If we're picking up your vehicle, please leave enough gas for the drive to and from the shop. A quarter tank is plenty — it keeps us from getting stranded and avoids any delay to your appointment.

We accept cash, card, and check. Please note we do not accept Venmo or Cash App — sorry for any inconvenience.
